The luxury shoe brand’s fall 2021 collection was inspired by autumn in Provence, France—in particular, La Mirande hotel in Avignon. Inside, the historic hotel is outfitted in Pierre Frey fabrics, influencing Sarah Flint to use their floral jacquards on select shoes in the collection. In addition, the spirit of wanderlust and travel inspired classic yet comfortable pumps, weather-resistant boots, and luxurious silk scarves.
Embracing the story of the collection, I concepted and produced a shoot set at La Mirande and around Avignon. I led all facets of the shoot from casting, assisting with styling, travel logistics, and art direction. With a small yet talented crew, including a photographer and videographer, I led on-set direction to capture imagery and videos for the season to be used across web, email marketing, social media, print and digital advertising, a printed direct mail piece, and more.
In post-production, I designed marketing collateral throughout the season to bring the assets to life, visually weaving together the collection’s story through brand messages, product launches, and styling notes. In addition, I collaborated with our video editor on paid and organic social videos, ensuring our stories were engaging and tailored for target audiences across various channels.
