The Sarah Flint Loyalty Program was revamped in Summer 2021 with a new platform and the addition of new benefits for our customers. To communicate this exciting update, I led a visual rebrand of this program.
The goal of the rebrand was to make the elements recognizable as Sarah Flint, yet distinctive so the program members felt recognized and honored. This became the perfect opportunity to leverage the emblem—a design the brand had previously used on an ad hoc basis—as part of the program lockup. It is refined, elegant and regal. From the emblem, I lifted additional elements that were used across site, email and social in design treatments. To communicate the benefits of the program, I illustrated icons in our signature colors, representing the different perks.
I designed two custom landing pages for sarahflint.com: an FAQ page and a rewards page, where customers could gather more information about the program, their points, membership tiers, and how to redeem and shop. Lastly, I designed a series of emails to alert customers of the enhanced program, triggered emails to remind customers of certain benefits, and promotional materials on special events such as double points.
